🔒 1. Privacy by Design

We use a high-security method called Tenant Scoping.

• The Rule: Every piece of data is “locked” to your specific Project and Team.
• The Result: It is mathematically impossible for another company to ever see your data, even though we use the same cloud.

🤖 2. Ethical AI (Zero Training)

A common fear with AI is that your secrets will leak out. We have a strict “Zero-Training” Policy:

• No Leakage: We use Enterprise-tier AI models. Your data is sent to the AI to write a summary, and then the AI forgets it immediately.
• Ownership: Your data is never used to train the global AI (like ChatGPT or Gemini). Your insights stay yours.
• Grounding: Our AI is “Grounding-First.” It only talks about the files you uploaded. If the answer isn’t in your data, the AI will say “I don’t know” instead of making something up.

🆘 3. Troubleshooting (Common Fixes)

If something isn’t working, check these three fixes first:

“My Analysis Failed”

This usually means a column has text in it when it should only have numbers.

• Fix: Check your CSV. If you see “5 stars” instead of just “5”, our math tools won’t understand it.

”The AI won’t read my PDF”

Is your PDF a “picture” of a document (a scan)?

• Fix: Try to highlight the text in your PDF. If you can’t, our AI can’t either. You’ll need to use a “text-ready” version of the file.

”Site Audit is stuck”

Is the website public?

• Fix: Our system can’t see “private” websites or sites that are only on your computer (localhost). The site must be live on the internet.

Q: Where is my data?
A: We use high-security global data centers (Google Cloud and AWS) with 24/7 monitoring.

Q: Can your employees read my data?
A: No. Access is strictly limited and audited. We only look at your data if you specifically ask for support.

Q: Do you support other languages?
A: Our math tools work in any language. Our AI tools work best in English, Spanish, French, and German right now.

Q: What happens if I delete a project?
A: It is gone forever! We don’t have a “Recycle Bin,” so make sure you really want to delete it before you click the button.
